Please note that we ship directly from our suppliers (mainly based in China), which allows us to offer low prices and provide you with free shipping. Processing an order usually takes 2-7 days, once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number. Since not all of our products are stored in one warehouse you will get a shipping confirmation email for every package shipped to you and you might get multiple packages per order.
You can track your order from our website - go to the bottom of our website under "Track Your Order". Please allow your tracking code a couple of days to get activated.
Typically, you will receive your order within 7-14 days if you live in the US. If you live outside the US it may take a little longer (2-4 weeks). For the reasons stated above, you may expect longer delivery times. Hence, please allow up to 30 days before contacting us - your order is usually on its was to you.

Our policy lasts 30 days after receiving the products. If 30 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
